Nani's action thriller 'HIT: The Third Case' has completed eight days since its release and continues to perform steadily at the box office. According to early estimates, the film earned around Rs 2 crore on its eighth day, bringing its total India net collection to approximately Rs 63.40 crore across all languages.
Box office numbersAs per a report by Sacnilk, the movie opened strong with Rs 21 crore on the first day, primarily driven by the Telugu version, which contributed Rs 20.25 crore.
Collections dipped to Rs 10.5 crore on the second day, followed by Rs 10.4 crore and Rs 10.25 crore on the third and fourth days, respectively. The weekend saw a sharp decline, with Rs 3.65 crore on Monday and Rs 3.25 crore on Tuesday. On Wednesday, the film earned about Rs 2.35 crore, and early Thursday estimates show Rs 2 crore. Despite the gradual drop, 'HIT: The Third Case' has maintained a solid run and crossed the Rs 60 crore mark within the first week.
Theatre occupancyOn Thursday, May 8, 2025, the film recorded an overall occupancy of 15.56% in Telugu-speaking regions, with morning shows at 11.99%, afternoon shows at 17.53%, evening shows at 15.58%, and night shows at 17.14%. In Tamil Nadu, the film performed slightly better with a 19.01% overall occupancy. Morning shows saw 12.13% occupancy, afternoon shows peaked at 22.80%, evening shows had 14.54%, and night shows reached 26.55%. These figures reflect a steady weekday performance with room for growth over the weekend.
