The actor made a

painting

with the film as its theme and wrote a heart-warming note, revealing why he chose to do this film. “This film has really etched a special place in my heart. Many people will see arrogance, weird wackiness or sillyness or a mad courage with this film . But for me this is sheer innocence. What prashanth has done or made us all part of is just like how a child would throw an ink or run wild pulling your shirt and you suddenly become part of his game despite your mood.” (sic) he wrote, adding, “The roller coaster is about to begin for all of you on FEB 22nd but for all the cast and crew it began an year back.” (sic)

He also wrote that ‘Mithai’ is a unique film in every sense of the word, “I doubt if such film will ever be made because you need a mad guy like prashant to again make us silly so called stars to align ourselves into something we would have never been part of, if not for prashanth's innocence. And I am sure each one of you will be part of this for the same reason. Thanks bhai for making us part of this. Let the shit hit the fan guys.” (sic) Touched by his note, director Prashant Kumar shared the painting and wrote, “I am touched Kamal Kamaraju I can only hope I have lived up to expectations and trust shown... Cheers...7 days to go for premiere...” (sic)
