Video game subscription service Xbox Game Pass will add eight new games this month. Of these, six have already been added. These include Battlefleet Gothic Armada 2, Battletech, Dungeon of the Endless, Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 & 2.5 ReMix, Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue and No Man’s Sky. The remaining two, Thronebreaker and The Bard’s Tale Remastered and Resnarkled will be added on June 18.
Battlefleet Gothic Armada 2 and Battletech are PC-exclusive.
Battlefleet Gothic: Armada 2 forms part of the Warhammer 40,000 universe. There are three campaigns, focussing on the Imperium, the Necrons and the Tyranids. Battletech is set in the year 3025 and lets you helm your own mercenary outfit of ‘Mechs and the MechWarriors.
The Bard’s Tale is for console and PC both. In the action adventure game, you play as the Bard who can summon companions through magical song. The game lets you explore a world full of towns, forests, mountains and rivers.
Dungeon of the Endless is also for console and PC both. As per the game description, it is a “Rogue-Like Dungeon-Defense game offering a retro 2D look with modern 3D graphics.”
Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 & 2.5 ReMix and Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue are both console-exclusive. Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 ReMix is an HD remastered collection of six Kingdom Hearts experiences while Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue is a compilation of three Kingdom Hearts experiences.
Thronebreaker is set in CD Projekt Red and Andrzej Sapkowski’s The Witcher universe with the story focussing on Queen Meve of Lyria and Rivia and how she responds when faced with another of Nilfgaardian invasions.
