NEW DELHI: Buddhadeb Bhattacharya, who steered the CPI(M)-led Left Front to a spectacular win in West Bengal assembly polls, would continue as the Chief Minister. The Polit Bureau of the party which met on Saturday put the seal of approval to the decision of the West Bengal state committee re-nominating Bhattacharya for the top job in the state. This was announced by CPI(M) General Secretary Prakash Karat after the Polit Bureau meeting.
