Here's a simple recipe to make a Spinach Tofu Omelette at home. It’s a great vegan alternative to the traditional omelette, packed with protein and flavor!

200g tofu, 1 cup fresh spinach, 1 small onion, 1 small tomato,1-2 green chilies,1/4 cup water, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder1/2 tsp black salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/4 tsp red chili powder 1-2 tbsp oil for frying, handful of fresh herbs.

To begin with this easy recipe, wash and chop the veggies and greens.

Take a bowl and cut the tofu chunks.

Take another bowl and whisk the eggs. Add in the seasonings.

Take a pan and add in butter cubes.

Pour the egg batter and add in the tofu and spinach leaves.
