Teeth are a very important part of the human body and mouth. They help us chew and break down food for better digestion, and being toothless is almost painful. But, there are certain animals that do not have any teeth to chew their food and here we list some of them.

One of the most unique and unusual looking animals in the world, Anteaters do not have any teeth, but rather a long, sticky tongue instead of teeth. They also have powerful claws to rip open ant and termite mounds.

Another animal who does not have any teeth is the Pangolin. These scaly creatures also have long tongues to scoop up their food, mostly ants, and then they are digested in their stomachs.

Another animal that eats without teeth is the turtle. And to chew food, while they do not have teeth, there are sharp, beak-like structures in their mouths.
