Victory CC amass record score in win

MUMBAI: Victory CC amassed a record score of 505 for 7 in their 138-run win over MIG CC in the final of the Purshottam Shield (45 overs-a-side) at PJ Hindu Gymkhana on Sunday. This is probably the highest total in 45 overs-a-side games by any team at the club level.
Jay Bista 169 (97b, 27X4, 5x6s), Yash Nahar (128, 64b, 15X4, 7x6), Amey Soman 60 (34b, 7X4, 3x6) and Kaushik Chikhlikar (55, 23b, 5x4, 4x6) all plundered runs after Victory CC decided to bat first.
