Stephen Curry makes sure to keep their Madison Square Garden win tradition intact
The Golden State Warriors have not lost a game at the Madison Square Garden in well over a decade. They just had their 10th consecutive win at the arena, beating the New York Knicks 114-102.
Stephen Curry himself scored 28 points, 9 assists, and 5 3PMs at the game, leading to the Warriors getting a smooth victory.
MSG has been a special place for Curry throughout his career. He has had some of his best games in this arena, including the 2021 game, when he became the NBA’s all-time leader in 3-pointers made. After their recent win, the Warriors are on a 33-28 run this season, currently in the sixth spot in the playoff for the Western Conference. The Knicks, on the other hand, have maintained their third spot in the Eastern Conference table, despite their loss to the Warriors. With the playoffs starting soon, things will be getting more intense as the season continues.
