A First Glance at the Trailer
Kelce revealed that he never watched an episode of the show; he shot all the episodes for the show, but after watching the trailer, he got interested in the project.
According to NME, he added that he
“cannot wait to see everybody’s reaction to me being in a mystery thriller – kinda scary!”Teasers About The Character
Kelce's brother, Jason, who co-hosts the podcast asked Travis playfully whether his character could possibly survive the events. Travis teased back,
"Are any of us alive, Jason?" nodding to some existential elements of the story unfolding. Keeping most details to himself, he at least piqued the curiosity of listeners with this cryptic comment:
"It might be a little of that…"Uncertainty Around the Series
Travis and Jason have no idea what they can expect regarding
“Grotesquerie”, which indeed adds to the ambiguity of the series. Travis commented that he doesn't know any more about what will eventually happen than anybody else does, responding,
"Yeah, me neither," to Jason when he said that he had no idea what he was expecting to see in the series.
The first two episodes of
“Grotesquerie” dropped on FX last September 25, but fans can get the complete podcast with Travis Kelce for more insightful thoughts on his first venture as an actor.
