The Columbus Blue Jackets are going through a nightmare stretch, with four consecutive losses and an agonizing scoring drought for which they desperately seek answers. Other improvements to the arena include a new owner suite, a new grand entrance, and LED-lit hallways leading onto the ice. Upgrades were all set to provide an elite experience, but even the best facilities couldn't extinguish the growing tensions from many losses.
