The first night of WrestleMania 41 was a night filled with top-class in-ring action, spectacular moments and a shocking end.
WrestleMania 41 kicked off its first night in the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. The night saw new champions being crowned on the big stage, fast-paced in-ring showdowns, and memorable moments created. Moreover, the main event of WrestleMania 41 Night 1 saw a compelling showdown and ended with a shocker as Paul Heyman switched sides and joined with The Visionary, Seth Rollins.

Jey Uso vs Gunther

This was the opening match between Jey Uso and Gunther for the World Heavyweight Championship. The bout saw Gunther dominate Jey Uso for the majority of the match, but the YEET man refused to back down. As the match approached its end, Uso connected with a handful of superkicks and splashes. He then nailed Gunther with a spear and, in a shocking turn, locked in the sleeper hold to make him tap out to become the new World Heavyweight Champion.

The New Day vs The War Raiders

The match was contested with WWE World Tag Team Championships on the line. Both teams went up against each other in an evenly matched showdown and classic display of tag team wrestling. However, in the end, The New Day's mean streak was able to capitalize on Erik and Ivar as they defeated them to become tag team champions for the 12th time in their career.

Jade Cargill vs Naomi

The two heated rivals went back and forth against each other. Naomi's aggression caused her to inflict major damage on Jade Cargill. However, the Storm did not stay down and came back with the same fury. As the match came down to the final moments, Cargill delivered a combination of a Jackhammer and Jaded to pin Naomi for the win.

LA Knight vs Jacob Fatu

This match was contested for the WWE United States Championship. Both men fought tooth and nail against each other with multiple near-falls and displaying some exciting in-ring moves. In the end, LA Knight connected with a BFT, but Jacob kicked out. He then took control and delivered a pair of moonsaults on the megastar to win the match and become the new WWE United States Champion.

El Grande Americano vs Rey Fenix

The match was originally supposed to feature El Grande Americano against Rey Mysterio, but he was replaced by Rey Fenix due to injury. The duo displayed an excellent match with their respective lucha styles. As the match came down to its final moments, El Grande once again had an object in his mask, and Rey Fenix hit his face as he was going for the Go to Amigo, injuring his leg. This gave El Grande the upper hand, and he hit the diving headbutt with the object still in his mask and picked up the win in his WrestleMania debut.

Tiffany Stratton vs Charlotte Flair

This match was contested for the WWE Women's Championship. The match marked the debut of Tiffany Stratton at WrestleMania as she defended her title against her idol, Charlotte Flair, after weeks of a heated feud. Both women delivered one of the best matches of the night as they displayed some power-packed moves, leading to a thrilling encounter. As the dust settled, Tiffany Stratton delivered a powerslam and the Prettiest Moonsault Ever to retain her title.

Roman Reigns vs CM Punk vs Seth Rollins

This was the main event match of WrestleMania 41 Night 1. It was a blockbuster showdown as three of the biggest names in the professional wrestling industry tore down the house at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. Reigns, Punk, and Rollins delivered one of the captivating bouts in WrestleMania history, which went all over the ringside. The match saw all three men hitting their best moves, and multiple nearfalls as Paul Heyman watched on from ringside. As the match came to its end, Paul Heyman brought a chair and handed to CM Punk. He then low blowed him and gave the chair to Roman Reigns. As Reigns proceeded to attack Rollins, Heyman betrayed him as well and handed the chair to Rollins who took down Reigns to win the main event and joined forces with The Wiseman.
