Paul Heyman has been embroiled in the
Bloodline storyline following his triumphant return to Roman Reigns’ aid with
CM Punk who is the OG Paul Heyman guy. However, other than him, Heyman has extensively been associated with Brock Lesnar too, who off late, has been off camera.
Brock Lesnar’s name surfaced in the Janel Grant lawsuit, and since then the wrestler has been away from WWE Programming, and the Stamford-based promotion has scaled back his references to a great degree. Recently when asked about the Beast Incarnate, Paul Heyman took a very diplomatic approach about the matter.
What did Paul Heyman have to say about the former WWE World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar?
When asked about Brock Lesnar at a CBS Sport interview with Shakiel Majouri, Paul Heyman avoided the question in an easy manner. On being asked about whether he’s in touch with Lesnar or not, he said,
“It’s funny, when people ask me about that… Brock Lesnar doesn’t like to be discussed about anything about his life that is off-camera. If I do speak to Brock Lesnar, he would want that to be private. If I don’t speak with Brock Lesnar, he would want that to be private. Based on both love and appreciation for the man, and a healthy dose of absolute fear of the man, I will neither confirm nor deny my knowledge of even the existence of a species on this planet that carries the name Brock Lesnar.”Furthermore, he wasn’t exactly clear if Lesnar would make a return to the squared circle. He said,
“I don’t really put any thought into that at this time because it’s not a subject that is going to resolve itself by Survivor Series or by the end of the year, therefore it is not on the radar of things to address.”Also read:
