WWE NXT’s latest episode was filled with some very exciting moments including the return of Chase U member Andre Chase and a Gentleman’s Duel between Lexis King and Oro Mensah. For the past month, Chase has been missing from WWE TV. Chase’s absence came as a result of an attack from Ridge Holland, who recently turned heel and attacked his former teammates from Chase U.
Tonight, Holland got his hands on one more member of Chase U as he went on to obliterate Riley Osborne. However, Ridge wasn’t satisfied with just winning and wanted to destroy Riley so he kept attacking him after the match was over. Luckily for Riley, Chase made his return and saved the day by tackling Holland and bringing him to the ground.
On the other hand, we got to see an excellent matchup between Lexis King and Oro Mensah. Let’s take a look at how their Gentleman’s Duel unfolded on tonight’s episode of NXT.

Both Mensah and King were on equal footing with each other for a good part of their match tonight. It was fun to see these two wrestlers go at each other while also having to make sure that they don’t accidentally end up breaking any rules. Lexis King even came close to getting disqualified once after he almost threw Oro Mensah over the top ropes.
However, Lexis was able to hang on and got creative to get the win in the same manner his father did at WCW Superbrawl II. While there were tons of exciting moments in tonight’s episode of NXT, Lexis and Mensah’s Gentleman’s Duel and Andre Chase’s return truly took the cake.
Hopefully, we’ll get to see even better segments as WWE continues to bring out surprise after surprise to maintain their momentum on the CW Network. It’ll be interesting to see what’s next in for Lexis now that he’s bested Mensah in every way possible.
