Polaroid, the iconic instant camera brand, has officially launched in India through a partnership with Luxury Personified.
Monica Tsang, Vice President of Polaroid Asia-Pacific, expressed excitement about expanding the brand's footprint in India, describing it as "a market that embodies creativity and innovation." She emphasised the company's goal to inspire a new generation of photographers and storytellers through Polaroid's unique blend of brand history and modern technology.
The product lineup for the Indian market includes several instant camera models: the Polaroid I-2, Polaroid Now Generation 2, Polaroid Go Generation 2, and Polaroid Now Plus Generation 2. These cameras feature autofocus, double exposure capabilities, and eco-friendly designs, catering to both hobbyists and professionals.
Kush Malik, Partner at Luxury Personified, highlighted the partnership as a fusion of expertise in imaging and cutting-edge innovation, aimed at delivering exceptional experiences to professionals and everyday storytellers alike. His colleague, Luv Malik, added that the collaboration would push the boundaries of visual storytelling and enhance how people capture and share their world.
Polaroid products will be widely available through various channels in India, including major e-commerce platforms such as
Amazon India and
Flipkart, as well as imaging stores, LFRs, and specialty shops.
