Will things change at Indian Olympic Association with PT Usha, new members at helm?

The Indian Olympic Association (IOA) has been more of a combination of state Olympic associations and less of the coming together of national sports bodies that work in tandem for the upliftment of sports in the country. Whenever the courts pulled it up for any wrongdoing it was considered a trespass on the Olympic charter and when reminded of the ideals of the Olympic movement, the law of the land suddenly came to the fore. Both arguments were lavishly used by those who wanted to cling on to the power in the IOA.
