What Pakistan airspace closure means for Indian carriers

Following's India's strikes early on Wednesday, not just Indian carriers but several Asian airlines cancelled or rerouted flights. Meanwhile, for Indian carriers, it’s taking longer to fly west and airlines are burning more fuel, while air traffic controllers in Mumbai are having to cope with a lot more flights coming their way
India in the early hours of May 7 (Wednesday) carried out precision strikes on nine locations in Pakistan and Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK). The ministry of defence said the operation was "focused, measured and non-escalatory".
