High humidity levels, especially during summer and monsoons in coastal regions, can make the skin more oily and prone to breakouts. Due to excessive sweating and clogged pores, our skin experiences more acne and inflammation issues, which can be cut down using lightweight supplements and gentle cleansing.
The dry-damp patch during summers, mainly in coastal areas, is a perfect breeding ground for bacteria and fungi, which increases the risk of rashes and infections.
Despite the moisture available in the air, our skin becomes dehydrated. If you’re not drinking enough water, it can make your skin look dull and lifeless.
Avoid using multiple layers of products to prevent skin buildup, and try to only work with a gentle cleanser, sunscreen, and a lightweight moisturiser.

Start using a good anti-frizz serum or leave-in serum to tame frizzy hair and avoid using heavy styling products, which can weigh your hair down, making it look damaged and all over the place.
Try to keep your scalp clean and dry by using anti-dandruff shampoo and avoid tying up wet hair, which can trap moisture and lead to severe infections as well.
Try using a wide-tooth comb to detangle your hair gently and avoid excessive brushing when your hair is damp.
