Actor Sheel Verma, currently seen as Jaiveer, a the lead role in the TV show 'Badi Haveli Ki Chhoti Thakurain', to recreate Allu Arjun's popular scene from his popular Telugu-language action drama film, Pushpa 2: The Rule.
Sheel said, "I'm really excited and waiting for the episodes to be telecast. It was fun shooting and I enjoyed every second while filming similar scenes, recently appearing in the movie Pushpa 2. I found inspiration from the film before performing it."
He continued, "But apart from that the overall agenda was to promote Devi Shakti (Goddess Kali) as there is a scene where I worship her and pray to help me find Chaina (Diksha Dhami). And all of a sudden I feel some auspicious energy inside me helping me. I act to be an incarnation of Goddess to fight & rescue Chaina. The complete episode is filmed beautifully and I hope our audience will enjoy something like that for the first time on TV screens."
The actor shared about preparing himself for the scene. He added, "Shiv Tandav stotram helped me a lot during preparation for the scenes, I was asked to look very angry, with heavy breathing and pose with big eyes, and had to perform matching the beats. I enjoyed challenging the actor in me."
Actor Sheel Verma, who was part of the show Kabhi Kabhie Ittefaq Sey previously, earlier in an interview mentioned playing a lead character for the first time, "This is my first time playing the lead role in a TV show. I am enjoying it so far. I have experience working in films as well, but playing a lead role on TV is different and exciting."
He also said about connecting with his character in the show, "I believe that many people who appear very happy and cheerful in life often have a deep, rough, or even broken past. The character I’m playing in the show, Jaiveer, is someone I connect with on a personal level, and I’m absolutely enjoying portraying him. Jaiveer is a lively, cheerful person, but at the same time, his difficult past has made him short-tempered. This contrast makes the character relatable for me."

Previously, Sheel has appeared in Kabhi Kabhie Ittefaq Sey, Sasural Simar Ka 2, and films like Lakshya, Soch, Trapped, and The Reason.
