Team Oru Chiri Iru Chiri Bumper Chiri never misses a chance to win hearts and the Independence Day special episode is no exception. Unlike the routine comedy performances, the show will invite the families of brave Malayali soldiers who sacrificed their lives for the nation.
In the teaser that surfaced online, the families of the martyrs are seen sharing their fond memories of their sons. Further, in the video, the judges of the show are seen saluting the families and paying an emotional tribute to them.
"We will never forget this moment where we got a chance to respect and salute these brave hearts," judge and actress Manju Pillai said in the video.

The show will pay tributes to late soldiers, Aneesh Thomas, who lost his life in Kashmir during a grenade attack by Pakisthan, Sujith Babu, the soldier who got killed in Jammu, Jomon George, who lost his life during the rescue operation during Uttarakhand flood.
