Prajakta Mali recently visited Maharashtra's one of the popular Lord
Shiva's temples, 'Shri Harihareshwar' in Shrivardhan.
On the occasion of
Shiv Ratri
, the actress shared a few pictures from the temple wherein she can be seen seeking the blessings of Lord Shiva and reminisced some fond memories of her temple visit.
In the post, the actress shared that Lord Shiva means energy and power and everyone should fast and meditate to gain that same energy.
Prajakta Mali wrote, "नुकतीच मी “हरीहरेश्वराला” जाऊन आले… (श्रीवर्धन जवळील)

हरीहरेश्वर - हरी (विष्णू) , हर (शिव), ईश्वर (ब्रम्हा) अशी ३ स्वयंभू लिंग आहेत.
मुळात हे मंदिर ३ डोंगरांच्या मध्ये वसलय त्यामुळे त्याच हे नाव असावं अस मला वाटत.
तसं तर; शिव हे तत्व (energy) आहे असच आम्ही मानतो. आणि ध्यानामार्गे त्या तत्वाच्या जवळ जाऊ पाहतो. तर आज उपास आणि महादेव दर्शनाव्यतिरिक्त ध्यान जरूर करा. (Recently I visited Harihareshwar… (near Shrivardhan)

Harihareshwar - Hari (Vishnu), Har (Shiva), Ishwar (Brahma).
Basically this temple is situated between 3 hills so I think the name of the temple is derived from it.
If so; We believe that Shiva is energy. And seeks to get closer to that principle through meditation. So today, apart from fasting and seeing
Mahadev, you must meditate.
