Konkan

area. Ganpati celebration in Konkan is usually special but considering Corona pandemic situation I couldn't go to Konkan for the festival. Also in Mumbai I stay in Lalbaug area where the famous Lalabaug cha Raja mandal celebrates the festival in large scale. But this year its a low key. But keeping the same enthusiasm I welcomed Bappa at my New home in Boriwali. I will be missing Ganpati celebration from Konkan and Lalbaug."

This year Sameer has brought Eco-friendly Ganesha idol at home. he adds, "Considering our social responsibility and duty towards the nature this year we have brought the Tree Ganesha. The Ganesha idol immersion will take place at home and Bappa will stay with us in the form of small sapling."

Sameer also appeals his fans and audience to take care while celebrating the festival and stepping out for necessary things. Also cast of the serial is attempting spread awareness on corona virus shedding light on the safety measures to be followed while celebrating the festival.
