On cam: Customer thrashes Bank of India staff following dispute over documents

A Bank of India customer walked into the branch and slapped a staff member several times. The customer was unhappy because the staffer was asking for insurance papers of his house against which the customer had taken loan. However, the customer didn’t want to provide this document. The customer and his friend were arrested by the cops after a complaint was lodged. The accused have also been booked under SC/ST Act.
