Kerala Nun Rape: NCW summons MLA PC George over ‘prostitute’ remark

National Commission of Women (NCW) chief Rekha Sharma slammed Kerala independent MLA PC George for his ‘prostitute’ remark about the nun who has levelled rape charges against Jalandhar Bishop George questioned the character of the nun and called her a ‘prostitute’ Sharma said that strict action should be taken against such lawmakers George, on the other hand, asked why the rape was not reported when it happened for the first time. The nun had accused Jalandhar Bishop Franco of raping and having unnatural sex with her multiple times between 2014 and 2016
