Actor Vishal Karwal might have started his journey with reality shows like Roadies and Splitsville but after doing a show like Dwarkadheesh - Bhagwaan Shree Krishn life completely changed for him. In fact, the actor says he is making the most of this lockdown period by reading and knowing more about Krishna and spirituality. "I am in my house in Himachal Pradesh, where I am making reading several books on Krishna and his teachings, I am reading books on yoga and even kundalini. So after doing yoga in the morning, I meditate every day for an hour. Though in the evening I do my basic gym exercises," says Vishal, adding, "I wasn't a spiritual or religious person at all. All this changed happened in my life after my first show on Krishna. It is then when I wanted to know more about my innerself and Krishna. Once this lockdown is over, I plan to go to an aashram of a guru in Himaxhal about whom I had been reading and stay there for a while. I am liking this change and inquisitiveness to know more in me."
