Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee Tuesday announced that 120 accusers have come forward against music mogul Sean Diddy with new allegations of sexual misconduct, The attorney said he has a list of names that will "shock" the public. "We will expose the enablers who enabled this conduct behind closed doors. We will pursue this matter no matter who the evidence implicates," Buzbee said in a new twist to the Diddy case in which no other celebrity has been implicated so far. Several lists of Hollywood celebrities with their links to Diddy have been doing the rounds while another lawyer claimed Diddy tapes are being sold in Hollywood. A high-profile celebrity, more high-profile than Diddy, is in a particular sought-after tape, it has been claimed.

"Many powerful people... many dirty secrets,” Buzbee said adding his team has "collected pictures, video, texts."

"The allegations will include violent sexual assault or rape, facilitated sex with a controlled substance, dissemination of video recordings, sexual abuse of minors."

"It’s a long list already, but because of the nature of this case, we are going to make sure, damn sure we are right before we do that. These names will shock you," the attorney said.


Out of the 120 accusers, 60 are males and 60 females and 25 were minors when they were targets of the alleged misconduct. Diddy's lawyers did not respond to the new claims. Diddy did not plead guilty to the charges of sex trafficking, racketeering.

Buzbee said more than 3,000 people have reached out to them about possible abuse, and they now represent 120 accusers.

Sean 'Diddy' Combs' attorney plans to file an appeal to get him released from prison, according to court documents obtained by 'People' on Monday. Combs' lawyer, Alexandra Shapiro, filed a notice on Monday stating their intent to appeal, after Combs was denied bail twice. A source close to Combs told 'People' that the official appeal brief will be submitted soon.

The music mogul was arrested at a Manhattan hotel on September 16 at 8:25 pm The next day, a 14-page indictment was unsealed, revealing the charges against him. He is accused of allegedly organizing several "freak offs," which prosecutors described as "elaborate and produced sex performances." He also allegedly drugged and sexually assaulted his victims.

On September 18, Combs was denied bail for the second time and is currently being held at Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center.
