Trump announces new US ambassadors to Uruguay, Japan, Luxembourg, Austria, and Dominican Republic. Know who they are

US President-elect Donald Trump announced ambassadors for five countries on Tuesday, including Uruguay, Japan, Luxembourg, Austria, and the Dominican Republic. He made the announcement on his 'Truth Social' platform.
According to Trump, Lou Rinaldi will serve as the US ambassador to Uruguay, George Edward Glass to Japan, Stacey Feinberg to Luxembourg, Arthur Graham Fisher to Austria, and Leah Francis Campos to the Dominican Republic.

Lou Rinaldi, Trump's nominee for US ambassador to Uruguay, is a successful businessman, entrepreneur, and longtime friend of the president-elect. According to Trump, Rinaldi has an intimate understanding of Uruguay's culture and history. He noted that Lou's expertise and experience make him highly qualified to promote US interests and reinforce the enduring partnership between the United States and Uruguay.
"I am pleased to announce the nomination of Lou Rinaldi to serve as the next United States Ambassador to Uruguay. A successful businessman, entrepreneur, and longtime friend, Lou brings a lifetime of experience and unique perspective to this important role. Lou is a great golfer, and will be in a Country with some terrific courses. Having grown up in Uruguay, he possesses an intimate understanding of the Country’s culture and history. His expertise and background make him exceptionally qualified to advance U.S. interests, and strengthen the longstanding partnership between the United States and Uruguay. Congratulations Lou!," Trump posted on Truth Social.


George Edward Glass, who will serve as the US ambassador to Japan, is a former president of an investment bank and was previously the ambassador to Portugal during Trump's first presidential term. A graduate of the University of Oregon, Glass served as alumni president and as a member of its board of trustees.
"I am pleased to announce George Edward Glass as our next United States Ambassador to Japan. In my First Term, George was the U.S. Ambassador to Portugal. As a former President of an Investment Bank, George will bring his business acumen to the Ambassador’s position. George graduated from the University of Oregon, served as Alumni President, and on its Board of Trustees. He will always PUT AMERICA FIRST. Congratulations George!" Trump announced.


Stacey Feinberg, Trump's nominee for US ambassador to Luxembourg, is a producer of Broadway musicals, a motivational speaker, and a board member of the Women Founders Network. A graduate of Northwestern University, Stacey is committed to supporting women in launching their careers. After graduation, she assisted her father at his pioneering sports and entertainment law firm.

Arthur Graham Fisher, Trump's selection for US ambassador to the Republic of Austria, is the president of the real estate firm Fisher Realty, founded in 1977. Fisher has been a staunch supporter of America First policies, according to Trump. According to Trump, Fisher has consistently been ranked as a top broker in the area and the state of North Carolina, representing many of America’s most astute clients.

Leah Francis Campos, Trump's nominee for US ambassador to the Dominican Republic, served as senior advisor for the Western Hemisphere on the House Foreign Affairs Committee. She previously served as a CIA case officer for the country. Campos is the sister of "Fox & Friends Weekend" co-host Rachel Campos-Duffy and the sister-in-law of Sean Duffy, the incoming secretary of transportation.
