Jai Hind!”About Operation SindoorThe operation, which began around 1.44 a.m., caught Pakistani forces off-guard and was described by the Ministry of Defence as a “precise and restrained response” to the barbaric attack in Pahalgam that left 26 dead, including one Nepali citizen. In a statement, the Ministry said, “No Pakistani military facilities were targeted… the mission was designed to hold only the terror elements accountable.” The Indian Air Force carried out precise strikes on terrorist sites in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir (PoJK) under the codename Operation Sindoor, without crossing Pakistani airspace.
