RJ Mahvash's statement SLAMMING Yuzvendra Chahal dating rumours resurfaces following their Champions Trophy joint appearance

Indian cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal and RJ Mahvash sparked dating rumours once again with their joint appearance at the Champions Trophy.
The cricketer was spotted among the spectators, sitting beside the social media influencer and RJ. The duo appeared at ease, engaging in animated conversations, sharing laughs, and even featuring together in videos posted by Mahvash on her social media handles. However, their friendly outing has reignited speculations about their personal life.


The rumours of a potential romance between Chahal and Mahvash have been circulating for a while. In December 2024, a photo of the two from a Christmas celebration went viral amid widespread speculation regarding Chahal’s alleged separation from his choreographer wife, Dhanashree Verma. At the time, Mahvash had taken a firm stance against the baseless rumours, calling them unfounded and misleading.
Following their latest public appearance, fans have begun resharing Mahvash's past statements, where she had categorically slammed the dating rumours. A post widely circulated by her fan read: "Why is everyone judging Yuzvendra Chahal? Can't friends go out together?"

In her note from December, Mahvash had strongly criticised the assumptions made about her personal life. "Some articles and speculations have been circulating around the internet. It's literally funny to see how baseless these rumours are. If you get seen with a person of the opposite gender, does that mean you are dating them? I'm sorry, what year is this? And how many people are you all dating then?" she wrote.
Expressing her frustration over being dragged into unfounded speculation, Mahvash further stated, "I have been patient for 2-3 days now, but I won't let any PR teams drag my name into this to cover up other people's images. Let people live in peace with their friends and family during tough times."
Chahal and Mahvash aren't the only rumoured couple who fans have kept a close eye on during the match. Netizens also kept a watch on Hardik Pandya and his rumoured new lady love Jasmin Walia, who was also spotted in the stands, cheering for the cricketer.
