While promoting her film ‘Do Aur Do Pyaar’ along with her co-star Pratik Gandhi, Vidya Balan told IMDb that she does not understand the concept of open relationships.

She stated that open relationships or open marriages involve being comfortable with your partner being with someone else, essentially sharing your partner, which she is ‘not okay’ with.
Vidya also stated that she is ‘completely monogamous’ and believes in monogamy. “I abhor this concept of open relationship,” she added. While stressing the fact that monogamy remains a core value for her in a relationship, she stated that she does not judge if it works for someone else, however, she can fathom, how it works.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Vidya is set to return to the silver screen with ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’. The film is slated for release in November. Directed by Anees Bazmee, the upcoming instalment from the 'Bhool Bhulaiyya' franchise has Kartik Aaryan, Vidya Balan, Madhuri Dixit and Triptii Dimri in the lead roles. The teaser of the film was launched recently, and it received a great response from movie buffs across the country.
