IPL 2025 Points table updated: SRH drops to bottom after loss to KKR | Team standings and rankings

Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) has slipped to the bottom of the IPL points table following a crushing defeat to their former IPL final rival, Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR). The loss marks SRH’s third consecutive defeat, highlighting their struggle to find form this season. Arora, with his stellar bowling, removed Travis Head on just the second ball of the match and followed it up with a second-wicket maiden over of the season. Chakravarthy continued to bother batters with his mystery spin, claiming three vital wickets.

KKR’s batting was no less impressive, as Venkatesh Iyer and young Angkrish Raghuvanshi played pivotal roles in pushing the team’s total to 200 runs, giving them a commanding position. With both departments in form, KKR looks set to pose serious challenges to other teams as the tournament progresses.
Punjab Kings and Delhi Capitals continue to dominate top position in the points table. Both teams remain unbeaten with two wins from two matches. The revamped squads of both teams have been performing exceptionally well, and they appear to be in prime position to continue their dominance.
