- Aaron Glenn comes from being the DC of the Detroit Lions. He apparently got promoted to the head coach’s role at Jets from the defensive coordinator role at the Lions. He was a part of the NFL scouting team for the Jets. Glenn takes the job of Robert Saleh. Saleh got the DC role at the 49ers.
- Darren Mougey enters the Jets as their new general manager. He was with the Denver Broncos as their assistant general manager. The Jets scrutinized at least 15 candidates for this role before settling for Mougey. Mougey will wear the general manager's shoes for the first time. Mougey takes up the space of Joe Doughlas.
- Steve Wilks becomes the new defensive coordinator for the Jets. Wilks was with the 49ers as their DC prior to this stint. Wilks becomes a replacement for Jeff Ulbrich.
Miami Dolphins say good morning to Craig Aukerman and Robert Prince

- Craig Aukerman has been appointed as the Dolphins’ new special teams coordinator. Before this role, Aukerman was the special teams assistant for the Los Angeles Rams. He was also a special teams coordinator for both the Tennessee Titans and the Los Angeles Chargers.

- Lou Anarumo is going to be that change. He is appointed for the role of defensive coordinator. Anarumo was the defensive assistant at the Cincinnati Bengals for six long years. He ensured the Bengals reached the Super Bowl 2021 and AFC Championship 2022. But the defense suffered in 2024 and stood at 25th NFL rank. As a result, the Bengals removed him. At the Colts, he will be replacing Gus Bradley.
