Jaya Bachchan accuses that the Mahakumbh is the most contaminated water: ‘Bodies of people who died in stampede have been thrown’ - WATCH VIDEO

Jaya Bachchan is known for being quite vocal about her opinions. Now the actress and member of the Samajwadi Party, MP Jaya Bachchan has lashed out at the mismanagement at Mahakumbh. The actress indirectly accused the UP Government for their mismanagement at Mahakumbh and thus added that the water where people are taking the holy dip is the most contaminated right now.
She spoke to the media as ANI shared this video. The actress said, “Where is the water most contaminated right now? It's in Kumbh. Bodies (of those who died in the stampede) have been thrown in the river because of which the water has been contaminated... The real issues are not being addressed. The common people visiting Kumbh are not receiving any special treatment, there is no arrangement for them. They are lying that crores of people have visited the place, how can such a large number of people gather in that place at any given point?..."

Meanwhile, BJP MP Ravi Shankar Prasad had said about the stampede and death of people due to it, "...Investigation is underway on the incident that took place in Maha Kumbh. We are getting the smell of a conspiracy from the investigation. When the entire investigation is done, the people who were behind the incident will have to bow down in shame..."
Many celebrities have also attended the Mahakumbh to take the holy dip.
