Natalya has spent nearly two decades making history inside the WWE ring, but she’s not ready to close the book on her career just yet. While questions about her retirement continue to come up, the Queen of Harts recently gave a strong and confident update on where she stands.
With fresh energy and a straightforward message, the veteran WWE star is now stepping into a new stage, one where experience meets hunger. Even with her long list of achievements, she is making it evident she is not slowing down and has more to prove, both inside and outside WWE.

Natalya has no plans to retire anytime soon

Natalya spoke about retirement during her appearance on The Nikki & Brie Show. She said people ask her all the time when she will stop wrestling. Her answer was simple and powerful.
“It’s funny because people say to me, ‘When are you gonna hang it up?’ I’m gonna hang it up when Randy Orton hangs it up, when Rey Mysterio hangs it up.”
She explained that both Randy Orton and Rey Mysterio have been wrestling for many years, and they are still doing great. So, she believes that age doesn’t matter if you are still doing well in the ring.
“When I look at Randy, Randy Orton is in the best shape of his life, Rey Mysterio is in the best shape of his life. What I love right now in WWE is that we’re not letting a number define what people can do, that’s the great thing about this era.”
Natalya also said that she feels better now than ever before. She takes care of herself and is happy with how she feels physically. “I actually feel like I’m in better shape than I’ve ever been in my life. Knock on wood, I wake up every morning pain-free.”

She said that Triple H “does not owe her anything,” and she explained that she would rather show WWE what she can do than just tell them.

Natalya has recently wrestled outside WWE for the first time since joining the company. At Bloodsport XIII, she fought under the name Nattie Neidhart and won her match against Miyu Yamashita. This happened during WrestleMania 41 weekend.
She is also booked for another big match. On May 17, at the Crockett Cup 2025, Natalya will face Kenzie Paige for the NWA Women’s World Championship. This proves that she is still taking on big challenges and wants to stay active in wrestling.
