Saha govt to fill up 2,000 positions in various depts
Agartala: The cabinet meeting chaired by chief minister Manik Saha on Friday resolved to create and fill approximately 2,000 positions across various departments, reports Biswendu Bhattacharjee.
Govt spokesperson Sushanta Chowhdury announced that the cabinet approved recruitment of 198 junior engineers through Tripura Public Service Commission. For the education sector, the administration approved recruitment of 1,566 teachers at elementary level, including both undergraduate and graduate positions. The Teachers Recruitment Board Tripura will oversee examinations for 1099 under-graduate and 456 graduate teaching positions.
