Bhopal: Governor Mangubhai Patel will inaugurate first Maharishi Parashar International Astrology Conference at Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan (Central Sanskrit University) in Bhopal on Saturday. At two-day conference, astrologers from India and abroad will brainstorm significance and usefulness of astrology amid changes taking place due to globalization, artificial intelligence and rapid technological advancements.
The conference is being organized under joint aegis of Central Sanskrit University, Jeevan Vaibhav and Astroverse Sansthan.
Organiser of the event, former DGP Rishi Kumar Shukla, said that renowned astrologers from USA, Canada and other places will join online. Padma Bhushan Dr. David Fraley join from the US. The objective of the event is to provide correct information about scriptures and modern astrology to young astrology students, said secretary of the organizing committee, Nisha Sharma.
Director of Sanskrit Institute Ramakant Pandey, head of its astrology department, Insdhar Jha, and Yogesh Jain will be part of the two-day conference.TNN
