PU congratulates Manu, Sarabjot

Chandigarh: Panjab University on Thursday celebrated the achievements of its students and Indian shooters Manu Bhaker and Sarabjot Singh, on being selected for the Major Dhyan Chand Khel Ratna Award 2024 and the Arjuna Award, respectively. On this occasion, PU vice-chancellor Prof Renu Vig said, "Their achievements are a matter of great pride for the PU fraternity. They are true inspirations for the entire PU community.We wish them continued success and glory in the future." Manu Bhakar took admission in DAV College, Sector 10, Chandigarh, in the session 2022-23 as a student of MA Public Administration and presently she took admission in Post Graduate Diploma in Mass Communication for the session 2024-25. She is from Goria, Jhajjar district, Haryana. Sarabjot Singh is pursuing post-graduate diploma (marketing management) from DAV College, Sector 10, affiliated to PU.
