Chandigarh: Intensifying attack against Haryana BJP president Mohan Lal Badoli and singer Rocky Mittal, the woman, who has accused the duo of raping her, on Saturday dared the saffron party leader to undergo a narco-analysis test.
During a media briefing here, the alleged rape survivor also released a couple of audio clips involving Rocky Mittal and her two acquaintances, including the one who took a U-turn in the case, to prove her point of being exploited by the singer.
She also claimed that she had evidence against many high-profile persons who were pressurising her to withdraw the case against Badoli and Mittal.
The woman has also challenged the closure report filed by the Kasauli police in the court of the district and sessions judge, which has fixed April 22 as the next date of hearing in the case.
Referring to the case made out against her and three others in Panchkula on the complaint of Mittal, the woman said the two were mounting pressure on her, and she apprehended a threat to her life. She also accused the Haryana Police personnel of working under the pressure of the govt and harassing her.
Identifying one of the policemen involved in harassing her as Rishi Pal, the woman accused him of defaming her in her neighbourhood by providing details about the case just to mount pressure on her.
"Ever since the incident, I have been suffering a lot. I don't know under what inducements my friend changed her statement in favour of the accused. I have a four-year-old daughter, such pressure tactics have made me stand against them. I shall take this fight to the logical end. My case has reopened in the sessions court and I will go up to the Supreme Court to get justice," she said.
The woman also claimed that she had accumulated sufficient evidence against Badoli and Mittal. I have got substantial evidence, including videos and audios, which will be sufficient to convict the accused, she added.
Referring to the role of the Haryana police, the woman claimed that she was receiving continuous threats and Badoli was exerting pressure on the administration to disrupt her life. Despite submitting my Aadhaar card and other documents to the police in Chandigarh, I am being repeatedly summoned and intimidated by the police, she alleged.
The case dates back to Dec last year when Kasauli police booked Mittal and Badoli on charges of gang rape and criminal intimidation. However, Kasauli police filed a closure report after finding the allegations against the two to be "untrue".
Following the closure report, the Haryana Police arrested three persons, including a male acquaintance of the woman, for allegedly trying to "honey trap" Mittal and Badoli. All the three accused persons were later released on bail. The woman has now launched a fresh fight against the two.
