Hyderabad: IT and industries minister D Sridhar Babu on Wednesday said every directive of the Supreme Court will be respected and complied with, and the state govt will submit all details sought by the apex court on the Kancha Gachibowli land issue.
"It is not advisable to comment further on the issue as the SC has started hearing the case. But I want to ask Union minister G Kishan Reddy whether there are elephants in the 400 acres in Kancha Gachibowli land as depicted in the AI-generated fake videos and photographs? The BRS and BJP have joined hands and carrying out a vicious campaign against the Congress govt. They have openly said on several occasions that the govt will not survive for long. Thus, they have made their intentions clear of toppling this govt. It is not going to happen as the people of Telangana are solidly backing the Congress govt," Sridhar Babu said.
He said even Prime Minister Narendra Modi was misled by AI-generated fake videos and pictures, following which he made the ‘bulldozer' comments against the Congress govt in Telangana. He said the Union ministers of BJP from Telangana withdrew their social media posts on Kancha Gachibowli land only after the state govt went to court seeking order to investigate AI-generated fake videos.
Congress MLC Addanki Dayakar said the govt was committed to following all environmental norms and will submit its report to the apex court within four weeks.
