MUMBAI: Session Judge S P Nikam, conducting the murder trial of former actress Priya Rajwansh will visit bungalow of film maker late Chetan Anand at suburban Juhu on Tuesday, where the victim was found murdered two years ago.
The judge will be accompanied by prosecutor Kiran Makasare and defence lawyers Satish Maneshinde and Sayaji Nangre.
The court will visit the bungalow to appreciate the evidence sought to be adduced by the prosecution.
The decision to visit the site was taken on Monday by the judge on an application by the prosecution.
Priya, who was close to Chetan Anand, was found murdered in the bungalow on March 7, 2000.
The case of the prosecution is that sons of Chetan Anand --Ketan and Vivek-- had conspired to kill her due to disputes over share in property.
The Anand brothers have contended that Priya was accepted as family member and there was no quarrel between them over property.
