Director General’s Insignia announced for 66 police personnel in Nashik division
Nashik: A total of 66 police personnel from the Nashik division were announced as recipients of the prestigious Director General's Insignia for their outstanding performance and service.
Among the 34 recipients from Nashik city police, the top officers include deputy commissioners Prashant Bachhav and Monica Raut. Both officers are of superintendent of police rank.
According to a senior officer of the police commissionerate, "The DG's Insignia was announced for 34 personnel this year, including two senior officers, four inspectors, and others. The insignia will be presented to the personnel at a programme soon."
Similarly, 15 personnel were selected from the Nashik Rural police force, including sub-inspectors and others. From Jalgaon district, 10 personnel were announced as recipients of the Insignia, while four from Ahilyanagar, two from Dhule, and one from Nandurbar also found their names on the list.
