Noida: A man who was on the run for the last six years after being accused in a double murder was arrested from Khoda on Thursday. The accused, Maruf, was a history sheeter and was carrying a reward of Rs 10,000 on his head, police said.
"He had killed his rival Saeed Anwar and his nephew Raees Alam inside a polling booth during panchayat elections in Moradabad in 2010.
He was absconding since then," said Raj Kumar Mishra, DSP of special task force, Noida.
