NBSE HSLC, HSSLC result 2025: The Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE) has officially announced the date for the release of the Class 10 (HSLC) and Class 12 (HSSLC) examination results for 2025. According to the board's notification, the results will be made available on the afternoon of April 25, 2025. Though the exact time has not been specified, students can access their results online via the official NBSE portal at nbsenl.edu.in.
In addition to the official website, results will also be available on education.indianexpress.com. Students can pre-register on the platform to receive their scores directly as soon as the results are released. This announcement brings much anticipation for thousands of students awaiting their academic outcomes after the exams were held earlier this year.
Examination details and result access
The HSLC examinations for Class 10 students were conducted from February 12 to 24, 2025, in pen-and-paper mode. For Class 12 students, the HSSLC exams were held from February 11 to March 7, 2025. To view their results, students will need to log in using their roll number, date of birth, and other necessary credentials. Provisional mark sheets will also be available for download through the portal.
Mark sheets, certificates, and re-evaluation process
Following the release of results, the NBSE will dispatch provisional result gazettes, pass certificates, and mark sheets to affiliated institutions. For Class 12 students, migration certificates will also be made available for download. These official documents will be sent to Centre Superintendents between May 2 and May 6, 2025.
Students who are dissatisfied with their results may request re-evaluation through the board's website. Additionally, those who fail to meet the minimum pass marks will have the opportunity to appear for supplementary examinations, with dates to be announced shortly after the results are published.
Previous year's performance highlights
In 2024, the HSLC exams were conducted from February 13 to 23, with results declared on April 26. The overall pass percentage for the HSLC was 71.87%, with Mhachilo Yanthan topping the exam with 593 marks. The HSSLC results for 2024 saw a pass percentage of 82.91%, with toppers in various streams including Keletsole Mekro in Arts (97.40%), Satyam Kumar Jaiswal in Commerce (98.40%), and Narola Imsong in Science (96.20%).
As 2025's results approach, students across the state are eagerly waiting for the official release.
