The post came shortly after Sharpe and his legal team, led by Lanny J. Davis, released alleged text messages from Gabriella Zuniga — the woman suing him — to refute her accusations. Zuniga, now represented by Tony Buzbee (best known for representing many of Deshaun Watson’s accusers), claims a rocky relationship turned violent, with multiple alleged assaults in late 2024.
According to court documents, Zuniga first met Sharpe at a Los Angeles gym in 2023. What began as consensual escalated into a darker pattern of control, she alleges. One incident reportedly involved Sharpe forcing her into a car, then into unwanted sexual acts at her apartment. Another came just weeks later, under the pretense of delivering a gift.
While Sharpe has denied all allegations, the situation has already begun to ripple through NFL circles and media. The leaked texts and rapid-fire social reactions have only added more tension to a story that’s far from over.
Brown, who has a long history of antagonizing Sharpe online, previously accused him and other former players of steroid use and mocked his business ventures. His latest remark isn’t surprising — but the timing certainly fuels the drama.
