According to early estimates from industry tracker Sacnilk website, the film earned around Rs 1.75 crore on its 13th day (Tuesday), with the Tamil version contributing the majority. The Tamil occupancy stood at 16.79% for the day, with Chennai leading the charge at 21.50%. Night shows in Chennai peaked at 22% occupancy, showing sustained urban interest.

Strong starting
The film started strong with Rs 29.25 crore on its opening day and enjoyed a successful first weekend, collecting over Rs 86 crore in four days. Though weekday numbers dipped, with Day 6 and Day 7 earnings at Rs 7 crore and Rs 5.55 crore respectively, the second weekend witnessed a small resurgence. Day 11 (Sunday) clocked Rs 6.8 crore.

Ajith’s massive fan base and the film’s mass appeal are major factors behind the consistent performance, as the film is treated in a ‘fan film’ style. The movie’s strong first week collection of Rs 119.15 crore laid a solid foundation for the second week, and despite Monday and Tuesday declines, the film is inching closer to the Rs 150 crore mark.
