Fans of stand-up comedy in India are in for a treat, as American comedian and actor Kevin Hart is all set to bring his world-famous humor to the country for the first time. As part of his ongoing global tour titled Acting My Age, Hart will be performing in India later this month. The highly anticipated show is scheduled to take place on April 30 in New Delhi.
The performance will be held at the Indira Gandhi Arena, one of the largest indoor stadiums in the country. As per details listed on District Updates, the show is expected to start at 7:30 PM and will run for about two and a half hours, giving fans a full evening of laughter and entertainment.
Tickets for the show are already available for purchase online. The prices start at ₹4,000 and can go up to ₹20,000, depending on the seating category. Fans interested in attending are encouraged to book early, as the event is likely to attract a huge crowd.
However, there are a few important rules that attendees need to know before heading to the event. Organizers have stated that phones, smartwatches, and recording devices will not be allowed in the main performance area. In order to make the event a truly “phone-free experience,” all such devices will be locked in Yondr pouches upon arrival at the venue. These pouches will remain with the guests during the event but can only be opened in designated “Phone Use Areas.” After using their devices in those areas, attendees must re-secure them before re-entering the performance space.
Additionally, a list of prohibited items has been shared by the organizers. These include cameras, iPods, iPads, tripods, monopods, selfie sticks, Google Glasses, Snapchat Spectacles, audio and video recording equipment, illegal substances, and coolers or ice chests.
Security at the venue will be strict, and anyone caught using a phone or smartwatch during the show will be asked to leave immediately.
This performance marks Kevin Hart’s first-ever live show in India, and fans are thrilled to welcome the globally loved entertainer. With his trademark energy and sharp humor, Hart is expected to deliver an unforgettable night for his Indian audience.
