Harshika Poonacha is college bound in Kannada suspense thriller

She is busy making inroads in Bhojpuri cinema, but Kannada films will remain Harshika Poonacha’s mainstay, as she preps to begin work on her next here, a suspense thriller called Thaaytha. Directed by Laya Kokila,the project has newbie Riyan in the lead role.
“I play a studious college student, whose life takes an unexpected turn during an excursion with friends. How she and her group overcome these challenging circumstances forms the rest of the narrative.The shoot will begin from August 15 in Chikkamagaluru, after which we will head to North Karnataka for the rest of the schedule,” says Harshika, adding, “I started my career in Kannada films. The love and affection I get from people here is special, so, even if I work in other industries, I will always rush back for offers here.
