PM Modi didn’t overfly Pak on return to Delhi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi's aircraft avoided Pakistani airspace on his return to Delhi from Jeddah early Wednesday, a departure from his outbound flight on Tuesday. This change in route occurred after a terror attack in Pahalgam prompted Modi to cut short his Saudi Arabia visit and return to India late at night.

NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi did not overfly Pakistan airspace while returning to Delhi from Jeddah early on Wednesday. The Boeing 777 had overflown Pakistan earlier on Tuesday (April 23) when the PM left Delhi for Jeddah.
Following the terror attack in Pahalgam hours later on Wednesday, PM Modi cut short his two-day visit to Saudi Arabia and left for Delhi late at night. On his way back, the aircraft did not overfly Pakistan.
