The debate between printed books vs E-books is never-ending. And as more & more schools are opting for printed, physical books, instead of E-learning, the latest being schools in Finland, for example, here we mention a few reasons why printed reading is better.

Be it college, work, or home, we are now completely engrossed in our phones for a major part of the day which leads to eye strain, fatigue, and headache. But, when we read a printed book, our eyes can finally relax as there is no more blue light coming through.

Reading on your phone or through a Kindle is nice. But, when you read a book, the printed paper, it signals your body that it is time to shut down, and no screens are welcome. Reading a printed book before bed helps the body and mind calm down.
