But becoming a Kingpin in BitLife isn’t a straightforward journey - it requires strategy, patience, and a little bit of luck.
Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you achieve the ultimate goal in the criminal underworld of BitLife.

To embark on this dangerous yet lucrative career, the first thing you’ll need is the Dealer Pack. This expansion pack unlocks the ability to join a drug cartel and rise through the ranks. Once you purchase the pack, your character will gain the 'Dealing' special talent, which gives you an edge in building your criminal empire.
Once your character reaches the age of 18, you’ll be able to pursue the Dealer career by navigating to the Occupation tab and selecting Special Careers > Dealer. There, you’ll find various cartels with different infamy levels. To join a cartel, you’ll need a decent amount of infamy, which you can build by committing smaller crimes like pickpocketing, shoplifting, or even train robberies. If your infamy is too low, some cartels might reject your application, so it’s essential to gain a bit of notoriety before applying.
After joining a cartel, you’ll start at the lowest rank as a Dealer. Your primary task is to sell drugs to people on your street. You’ll need to establish relationships with people and sell drugs based on their preferences. Watch out for the police, as undercover officers might try to catch you. As you progress, you’ll be promoted to higher ranks like Runner, Manufacturer, and Lieutenant, each with more significant responsibilities and opportunities to earn money.
The key to progressing is consistency. As a Runner, you’ll unlock Supply Runs, which are crucial for your promotion. Supply Runs require you to drop off drugs to certain locations, and they can be risky, so be sure to use good packaging and choose quiet spots for the drops to minimize the risk of getting caught.
Once you become a Manufacturer, your next step is to create profitable drug recipes. You’ll need to experiment with different cutting agents and find a balance between cost and demand to maximize profits. At this point, you’ll also need to build good relationships with other members of your cartel. Compliment them and give them gifts to earn their trust. This will help you when the time comes to overthrow the current Kingpin.
After earning the trust of your fellow cartel members and achieving a high rank, it’s time to initiate a Mutiny to overthrow the current Kingpin. This is the most challenging part of the process. Approach everyone in your cartel with compliments and gifts, and when the time is right, start the mutiny. If successful, you’ll take over as the Kingpin, securing your position at the top of the criminal empire.
