Oscar Piastri wins F1 Chinese Grand Prix 2025 from pole, Lando Norris comes second

Oscar Piastri of the McLaren racing team clinched the 2025 Formula 1 Chinese Grand Prix, winning from pole position and leading the leaderboard. He was followed by teammate Lando Norris and George Russell from Mercedes. Max Verstappen secured fourth place for Red Bull, while Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton finished fifth and sixth respectively for Ferrari.

After a massive Australian Grand Prix, the fans were awaiting the Chinese Grand Prix as they were expecting their favorite drivers to win the title of the championship. Oscar Piastri raised the temperature by winning the Chinese Grand Prix and leading the scoreboard after a disappointing home race in Melbourne.

Oscar Piastri dominates the pole to win the 2025 Formula 1 Chinese Grand Prix

The three-day Chinese Grand Prix started at the Shanghai International Circuit on 21st March and ended on 23rd March where Oscar Paistri of the McLaren racing team led the board followed by Lando Norris of the McLaren racing team and then by George Russell of the Mercedes team. The final race was finished with some surprising results from the drivers and the fans gathered witnessed one of the dominating races on the tracks.

It was a dual win for the McLaren team as both the first and second positions were secured by the drivers of the McLaren at the Chinese Grand Prix. The fourth position in the leadership board is bagged by Max Verstappen who won it for the Red Bull team. Max Verstappen left behind Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton who won the fifth and the sixth position for the Scuderia Ferrari racing team.

The Chinese Grand Prix is one of the biggest World Championships of Formula 1 which is held every year in China. It started in the year 2014 and the contract was renewed in the year 2019 and will continue till the year 2030 until the new contract. Currently, it was held between March 21st to March 23rd on the Shanghai International Circuit.
The fans were not expecting any solid performance by Oscar Piastri at the Chinese Grand Prix after his performance at the Australian Grand Prix, however, he was resilient and won the world championship. For him, it was his dream come true after winning the title of World Championship at the sprint weekend in the Shanghai International Circuit.
